The terms and conditions below apply to the use of this website at www.bitsnbobs.gifts Using the website and or placing an order constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Prices & Payment
All prices on the website are in UK pounds (£).
Payment via all major debit and credit cards are taken online via Paypal.com and via WorldPay.
The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computers display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your products may vary slightly from those images.
Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights, capacities, dimensions, and measurements indicated on our website may vary from the specification set out in the order.
The packaging of the Products may vary from that shown on images on our website.
We may refuse to accept an order:
Where products are not available
Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
If there has been a pricing or product description error
If we cannot meet your requested delivery date
If the order is to be delivered outside of the United Kingdom
If your order for products which we have personalised or customised for you (Personalised Products) contains content which is threatening, defamatory, obscene, indecent, seditious, offensive, pornographic, abusive, liable to incite racial hatred, discriminatory, menacing, scandalous, inflammatory, blasphemous, in breach of confidence or in breach of privacy or copyright images.
We pride ourselves on getting your items to you as quickly as possible. Order dispatch times will vary dependant on the individual item, but we generally despatch items between 2 & 3 days. Please note this lead time may be up to 7 days at peak times, i.e. Christmas. However, at peak times we process orders 7 days a week to ensure our items get to you as quickly as possible.
We use Royal Mail for the majority of our parcels but may a use courier service for larger parcels.
We send all of our parcels out using a tracked service. This enables you to change your delivery options before delivery is attempted and you will receive a text / email notification upon dispatch.
Your parcel will be tracked from dispatch through to the delivery point.
If you choose 48 hr tracked please allow 2-3 days for delivery. For 24hr express delivery, Royal Mail aim to deliver next working day.
Please be aware that choosing express delivery does not increase the production time of your order,
just the delivery time once dispatched.
If a product has become unavailable and we are not able to fulfil the order or there will be a delay in fulfilling the order we will advise you as soon as possible and offer a full refund, credit for an alternative product or the option for us to fulfil the order when stock has been received.
We will only ship to the UK so no overseas orders can be fulfilled.
If any details that you give to us for your delivery address are incorrect then we are not liable if you do not receive any items, you have ordered from us.
We want you to be happy with your items but in the unfortunate event that you are not, we will do our absolute best to make it right. Simply get in touch and we will do our best to help you out.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 7 working days after the day you received your order, however this does not apply to certain items such as personalised gifts or items customised for you. It is vitally important that when you place your order that you check all details, including dates, spelling, punctuation, and grammar are correct at time of ordering. We do check each individual order, but some mistakes are not always visible to us and we will copy personalisation as it is requested. If the error is made on our behalf, we will rectify & replace as soon as possible.
If you have noticed an error after you have placed an order we request you let us know ASAP on 01228 595520 or via email to email@example.com and providing the item has not already been sent for production we can look to make the required alterations.
Please get in touch to cancel your order and we’ll refund your order excluding any delivery charges once we have received back the item in the same unused condition we sent it in and with all original packaging still intact.
If you are unhappy with your item, please return it within 21 days to receive a refund, not including the initial postage charge. This does not apply to personalised items where there is an error made that was not a fault of ours or the item has not been cared for in your possession. If the item is faulty, we will also refund the returns postage as well as the relevant initial postage charge (if any).

Please note that items are still your responsibility until it reaches us and returns postage cost shall be borne by you unless the item is faulty. We recommend sending them by a secure delivery method that covers the cost of the item and we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.
Privacy is of high importance to us at Bits n Bobs and we will NEVER share your data with anyone else.
